Refund Policy

This No Refund Policy outlines the terms regarding the deposit paid to reserve a puppy from YorkieRanch. By placing a deposit, the Buyer agrees to the following conditions:

Nonrefundable Deposit: A deposit of $500 is required to reserve a puppy. This deposit is nontransferable and nonrefundable under all circumstances, including but not limited to:

Buyer changing their mind or deciding not to purchase the puppy.

Buyer’s inability to complete the purchase due to personal, financial, or other reasons.

Buyer’s failure to pick up or accept delivery of the puppy by the agreed-upon date.

Purpose of Deposit: The deposit secures the reservation of a specific puppy or a place in the litter selection process. It ensures YorkieRanch’s commitment to holding the puppy exclusively for the Buyer, preventing other potential buyers from selecting the puppy.

Forfeiture of Deposit: If the Buyer fails to complete the purchase of the puppy for any reason, the $500 deposit will be forfeited and retained by YorkieRanch as compensation for reserving the puppy and any associated costs (e.g., care, marketing, or lost opportunities).

Application of Deposit: If the purchase is completed, the $500 deposit will be applied toward the total purchase price of the puppy. The remaining balance is due upon delivery or pickup, as outlined in the Puppy Sales Agreement.

Exceptions: No refunds or transfers of the deposit will be made unless YorkieRanch is unable to provide the reserved puppy due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., puppy’s health issues or unavailability). In such cases, YorkieRanch may, at its sole discretion:

Offer a replacement puppy of equal value, subject to availability, or

Refund the deposit in full.

Acknowledgment: By paying the deposit, the Buyer acknowledges and agrees to this No Refund Policy and understands that the deposit is nonrefundable and nontransferable.
